I told Kevin that I was going to follow the tech around and ask for proof of the cleaning. He said, "Yes do that to keep them on their toes!" Alvie came out and did an amazing job, was very mindful of my caring of my home's condition. After it was complete he had over 50 before and after photos to show me. Then he answered a few questions that I had about my furnace and humidifier. He was so helpful and did not have to do that.
